Mischa Barton and her character on "The O.C.," Marissa Cooper, are nothing alike! Mischa says that, unlike Marissa, she was never popular in high school. She says she's not the type of person to have let's-go-shopping-and-get-manicures-and-pedicures girlfriends like Summer on "The O.C."
Mischa says that no matter what people think of her public persona, her family knows what she's really like...especially her little sister Hania, who has always been her best friend. In the September issue of CosmoGIRL!, Mischa opens up to her little sister and the whole CG! sisterhood about family, fame, guys, and why popularity really doesn't matter.
Pick up the issue today and enter to win Mischa's autographed T-shirt!

For those who pre-ordered, start sittin' by your mailboxes for your The O.C. Season 2 dvds. Should be receivin' them very soooooon! --- TVGuide.com Ask Ausiello
Question: Please! I am dying for more O.C. scoop! — Leah Ausiello: Here are a few more nuggets from my conversation with Josh Schwartz: "The last day of Hanukkah this year lands on Christmas, so Chrismukkah actually takes place in the [real] world." In The O.C.'s world, Chrismukkah takes place in the 10th episode. Also, Schwartz talked up the new O.C. soundtrack, due in November. "It's got some great stuff, including a new, stripped-down version of "California" we had done by Phantom Planet. And the Imogen Heap song ["Hide and Seek"] will also be on there."
Question: I know when the new season of The O.C. starts Trey is in coma. But does he end up dead, or is he going to stay in a coma all season? — Adam Ausiello: That was my fear, too. But Josh Schwartz insists, "You will know everything you want to know about [Trey's medical crisis] at the end of the first episode."
