Since the NewsReel and my roommate's computer don't see jpeg to jpeg, I can't show you some pics of Rachel and her photo shoot at Teen Vogue. But, I can direct you to the website so you can check it out yourself.

Last week's E! The Awful Truth

Benjamin McKenzie, absolutely dumbfounded by the mass of gorgeous women getting primped 'n' pressed. He made a hasty dash for the patio restaurant, Café 440, with a few of his male buds. B.M. is still sporting his long O.C. locks, which irritably linger in his beady eyes.

E! The Awful Truth

Still milking the spotlight was...
Tate Donovan, yakking on his mobile phone, avoiding the eyes of nosy O.C.-worshipping types at ArcLight Cinemas. Hell-Ay. Tate-hon sported a blazer and jeans, natch, the typical wannabe dude duds.

Mischa Barton, breezed by the same locale leaving behind a haughty whiff. Ms. B. growled at younger sis Hania and began stomping up and down Second Street at least four times, continuing her occasional pissing routine. All right, the pissy stuff is always on where Misch is concerned.

From Rockin' The OC:

For all you Orange County/Southern California kids out there, Mischa Barton is doing an in store appearance at the Macy's in South Coast Plaza tomorrow from 1-3 PM. That's Saturday March 12, 2005 in the shoe department, pimping her Keds. Again, I'm not in OC, so I can't go and stalk Ms. Barton, nor would I really want to (Adam would be another story) but if you're in the neighborhood, go and check her out--that is if you can brave the inevitable throngs of teenage girls and boys who are likely to be camped out there. I suggest parking at South Coast Plaza West (or as I will always call it, Crystal Court) and walking over on the foot bridge, you'll be able to get out of the lot quicker. ---Next time on the OC: The Blaze of GloryAgain, named after a song that I really, really like. I hope this ep doesn't turn me sour on Bon Jovi. What happens: Julie turns to Sandy for help to keep from being blackmailed by a friend from her past. Alex gets jealous when Ryan and Marissa team up on a school project and Seth is determined to keep spirits high. Kirsten begs Carter to stay with Newport Living.

8-9PM The O.C. (Fox) You've got four reasons to tune in:
1. After last week's same-sex smoochfest, we get a slight break when Marissa chills with Summer, Seth, and Ryan at the mall.
2. Not one but two guest stars: Hunky Johnny Messner guest stars as Julie's ''distraction'' from her past, and Once and Again vet Billy Campbell is Julie and Kirsten's new boss.
3. You'll get to hear Beck! No, he won't be playing at the Bait Shop, but the show's soundtrack will feature the broadcast premieres of five tracks from his new album, Guero.
4. The new Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith trailer will air during a commercial break! To coincide with Seth's obsession, fans will finally get a sneak peek at Hayden Christensen's move to the dark side. But you already knew the last one, right? Fox is hyping the trailer almost as much as Marissa and Alex's liplock.

TV tunes in to a shocker: Parents are people too
The parents on Fox's ``The O.C.'' often are more randy than the kids - Sandy (Peter Gallagher) harbored his ex-girlfriend from college who had been on the lam for 20 years, and Julie Cooper (Melinda Clarke) didn't earn the nickname Dragon Lady for nothing.
---
Veronica Mars (tvguide.com)
A trip to TJ must mean that Marissa's going to O.D. in an alleyway... oh, wait, wrong show. Besides Veronica and Co. have got more witty banter and throwaway lines in one episode than Seth Cohen can dish out in a whole season. All right, maybe that's a little exaggeration, but the this teen detective queen can surely dish it out.

(during Kristin's interview with John Stamos - Uncle Jesse..er Jake in Progress)

From Ben: Since Jake is going against The O.C., who is your choice, Seth or Ryan?
You know, I don't watch The O.C. But I'd have to say Seth. I like the girl, the brunette girl. She's dating the kid on the show already, right?

From Christine: Please say the producer's daughter-banging bad boy in your Blind Riddle isn't on The O.C.!
He's not. And I have to make a correction: It wasn't a producer but a director. My bad. Or actually, really, his.

SPOILERS:
From frannie: You never talk about The O.C.! What's coming up?
Look for the original crew (Seth, Summer, Ryan and Marissa) to start spending some quality time together, which definitely digs up drama in some of their new relationships--and could ruin them in the long run. Also, Ryan's brother Trey is going to play a big part in the coming months. Ryan's O.C. friends and family open their arms to Trey, while Ryan won't be all that into it. Trey stirs up some trouble that Sandy has to help him with. Some sources are saying that he gets busted for drug possession, possibly at a party Marissa throws for him.

From mmasdf: Is Lindsay gone from The O.C. forever?
No.

Ask Matt (TVGuide.com)
Question:First: I want to thank you for being as broad as you are. Many times I read some of your selections for the Ask Matt section and they just bash you. You talk about shows from every channel, and you say what you feel. If people don't like what you say, they don't have to read it (it's what I do). Second: Do you think there is any chance Adam Brody will make a surprise guest appearance on Gilmore Girls (where he got his original start and stole my heart)? I mean, they even wrote it in the script that Dave went to freaking California anyways! I think it would be a great plot twist for Lane and her rocker/roommate beau. — Nikki K.

Matt:For you, Nikki, anything. I wish I could tell you that the current Seth will someday moonlight as the former Dave, but I haven't heard anything to suggest it. You're right; it would be cool. (You might want to plant this idea over on Michael Ausiello's turf; he seems to be able to get things to happen, and we both love this show.) One thing in this scenario's favor: Both series are produced by Warner Bros. TV, so it wouldn't be such a stretch for the guy.

March 10th Mallpisode is chock-full of goodies. Yea, I've told you, but let me remind you: 4 (FOUR!) brand-new Beck songs premierin in this episode (Is the OC better at music than, say MTV? MTV, you hear it--last). OH, and go over to the official website to watch the entire E-Pro music video, and then there is the exclusive worldwide premiere of the "Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith" trailer (nerds and dorks rejoice--and me!) and Billy Campbell and Johnny Messner start their run. Out with the...er...not really old...in with the...er...not new...um...older. Yea. WOW, that's a lot to listen and view in this episode, as well as the normal OC happenings.

Tousled hair, the fashion 'DO!

Online Beauty Awards
MOST CONSISTENT: MISCHA BARTON
Whether she's frolicking in a simple sundress with her new girlfriend on The O.C. or slinking around in Prada at a black tie affair with her real-life beau, Mischa NEVER looks bad. Somehow, the girl who says she has a hard time fitting in always manages to stand out for her unforced but fabulous looks.

All That Glitters
Though she wasn't up for Best O.C. Actress, this golden girl stole the show.
